The Thermalis Project

The Thermalis Project is cofinanced by INTERREG IIIA Adriatic Crossborder Operational Programme.

The Project strategic objectives are:

To analyse the local and regional potential of thermal resources developing joint strategies for their use.
To optimize the economic use of thermal resources for therapeutic - health purposes through a careful analysis of the existing barriers and obstacles and to go beyond.
To identify thermal and hydro-geological areas of particular value defining the hydro-chemical characterization and the groups of belonging in relation to the expected effects.
To facilitate the attraction of investments in the thermal – tourist sector fully exploiting the potentialities and to contribute to the creation of favourable conditions for the development of small and medium tourist enterprises at a cross-border level.
